Now that she’s a few months along in her pregnancy, Alessandra Ambrosio is most likely experiencing some of the not-so-fun aspects of soon-to-be-motherhood. 

And the best way to cope with morning sickness and moodiness is shopping!  Clearly the Brazilian supermodel’s boyfriend knew what he was doing when he took her to Los Angeles boutique Kitson.

The 27-year-old Victoria’s Secret Angel combed the racks at the trendy outfitter, showing the paparazzi and bystanders how happy she was to be there with a big yellow smiley face on her t-shirt.

It’s hard to believe that in a matter of a few months, AskMen.com’s #2 Most Desirable Woman of 2008 will be one of the world’s hottest mommies ever!
